Finding Your Parenting Mojo

Join the Membership Group

The Finding Your Parenting Mojo membership group will help you to move beyond appreciating the scientific research and respectful parenting-based strategies that we discuss on the Your Parenting Mojo podcast, to developing real tools and techniques to use these strategies in real life, with your own real children.

No one-size-fits-all tricks here; rather this is a place to refine (if things are going fairly well) or overhaul (if parenting is really hard right now and everything you've tried so far hasn't done much to make it easier) your approach to parenting and child development.

In the first three months we will cover:

1. How to effectively deal with tantrums once your child is having one, and dramatically reduce their incidence as well;

2. How to set parenting goals and work with your child on achieving those goals;

3. How to get on the same page with your co-parent, so your approaches support each other.

Beginning in the fourth month we will select the next month's topic via group poll, so we always address the topics most relevant to your life.

I never thought I’d be a parent, but my daughter was born in 2014 – by choice, and not by accident.

I have zero parenting intuition but I literally love to research, so I threw myself into reading. Then I figured that since I was doing all that work I might as well share it, so I went back to school for a Master’s degree in Psychology focused on Child Development, and started a now top-rated podcast called Your Parenting Mojo, which collates scientific research on child development into a resource that parents can actually use.

I now have a Master's in Education to go along with the one in Psychology (I really do love to learn!). I've read thousands of scientific research articles and books on how children learn and how schools work. I believe we all have a special talent, and mine is translating research into a format that's easy to understand and actionable.

I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to work with you to help you find Your Parenting Mojo!
